How do I sign up?
Download the Michelle Vettese Fitness App for FREE via the App Store or Google Play (Find links on our Home Page), which will give you basic features and you can upgrade to PRO ACCESS within the App home screen, 'Become Pro'.
When is my payment taken?
First payment is taken on the day you sign up to PRO ACCESS or after any free trial period comes to an end if applicable, then the same day each month.
How do I download the app.
You download our App via the App Store or Google Play (Michelle Vettese Fitness).
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes you can cancel at anytime via the app, in your profile settings, or drop us a message and we can do it for you.
Are the workouts suitable for beginners?
Yes, there is a beginners Plan, and beginners section in the On Demand area of the App, exercise alternatives are offered when needed.
Do you instructions on how to use the App?
You will find lots of useful videos and tips in the Community Groups, plus you will receive information leaflets via a welcome email when you sign up (check your junk email).
How much does access to the App cost?
PRO ACCESS to the App is £8.99 a month
What will I have access to?
You will have full access to everything offered on the App if you are paying for PRO ACCESS, including the nutrition section.
Do I need equipment?
You do not need equipment for most of the HIIT and Core. You will need a set of dumbbells, and or a kettlebell, and or a studio barbell to participate in the weighted workouts. We recommend you source your equipment from Mirafit or if you are on a budget Argos
What weight equipment will I need?
Ladies we suggest a kettlebell between 4kg-10kg, dumbbells 3kg-6kg. For men we would suggest a kettlebell between 8kg-12kg, dumbbells 6kg-12kg. However please use a weight you are comfortable with.
Will I be able to view the workouts on my TV?
If your TV has the feature to cast from your mobile device yes you can, if your TV isn't compatible there are lots of free casting apps available on the app store or google play that's you can download, there are also adapters at a low cost, from amazon, phone connection to HDMI.
